With a professional background spanning client relations, customer service, management, administration, and leadership, Emma brought years of experience leading people and maintaining high standards of service into the foundation of Bella Paws.
From the beginning, her vision was to build more than a pet sitting business. It was to create a team united by a shared expectation of excellence, rooted not simply in what our clients expect from us, but in what we expect from ourselves.
