How Booking Works In Tustin

Nothing gets booked until we have met your pets. The meet and greet is free and it happens at your house. That is where we learn the routine. How much food. Which door. Who hides. Who needs a pill at 6pm.

Then you pick what you need. Walks and drop-in visits for the daily stuff. Hourly sitting when a short visit is not enough. Overnight house sitting when you travel. Adventures for dogs who want a real outing. Pet taxi for the vet run.

Book one visit or a standing weekly slot. If you book often, a membership plan brings the price per visit down. It is optional. Plenty of Tustin clients never bother and that is fine.

Common Questions From Tustin

How far ahead should I book?

A week is plenty for regular walks. For overnights, especially around holidays, book as early as you can. Either way the meet and greet has to happen first.

Is the meet and greet really free?

Yes. We come to your Tustin home, meet your pets, and you owe us nothing. Some people use it just to decide if we are a good fit.

Do you charge extra on holidays?

Yes, a holiday rate applies per visit. It is listed against each service on the pricing page so there are no surprises on the invoice.
