Booking And Meet And Greets
All new clients start with a complimentary meet and greet at your home. Bookings are made through our client portal, by text, by phone, or by email, and are confirmed once we reply.
Cancellations And Missed Visits
Missed bookings under a membership are non-refundable. Membership clients may reschedule one booking per month within the same billing cycle. Additional bookings beyond those included in your tier are billed at regular rates.
Overnight Deposits And Instalments
Overnight house sitting requires a 30% deposit, refundable up to one month before the start date. Instalments are available on request.

Insurance And Liability
Bella Paws Co. is fully insured through Pet Care Insurance. Sitters are trained and vetted. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pet's health, behaviour, and medication needs.
